Fifteen years into a private school teaching career at the secondary level, John Barger had an eye opening moment that made him realize that he could be doing more for his students in the classroom.  When a junior in high school asked for help prepping for the ACT, he discovered that the way students were being asked to read, write, study, and think in the classroom was not setting them up for success on the standardized tests that have become as important (if not more) than a GPA.  For the next four years, he dedicated thousands of hours into digging into these tests while helping hundreds of students establish new habits. The end result was the creation of a system that builds habits that create better readers, writers, thinkers...scholars.
